Cancellation policy
- Criteria for fee refund
- Registered participants can withdraw from participation with a full fee refund until 25 January 2009. From 26 January fee refunds will only be made upon proper motivation in writing (see procedure below). The organisation retains the right to deny fee refund at its own judgement.
This policy applies to both student and full fee participants.
- Fee refund procedure
- Cancellations of participation must be communicated to the organisation via email or fax by sending in a completed and signed 'fee refund form'. If the withdrawal is received after 25 January, the organisation will take a decision on whether or not the fee is refunded. The participant in question will be informed accordingly.
Due to the administrative process, fee refunds can only be made after the symposium.
