Hotel Bookings
For participants of the symposium, Leiden University co-operates with Efficient Hotel Partner (EHP) to facilitate booking a hotel in Leiden. Bookings for negotiated rates can be made for the nights of 6 and/or 7 February 2009. Efficient Hotel Partner offers a fully online hotel booking service and negotioted rates for the best Leiden hotels. Bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.

- Efficient Hotel Partner has been officially appointed by the organisation for all hotel reservations. We have negotiated special rates for the 3rd Leiden University Ranking Symposium on 6 & 7 February 2009. We are pleased to offer various hotels in Leiden.
On the booking form (see below) you will find an overview indicating all the contracted hotels, pictures and a map.
Once the booking has been completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail of your successful reservation. All bookings require a credit card to reserve the room. No payment will be taken from your card, you will pay for your accommodation either on arrival or departure at the hotel.
We strongly advise you to make your reservation before December 15th 2008 to benefit from the negotiated rates and to be sure of having the best possible choice. If you have a group request or further queries, please do not hesitate to contact Efficient Hotel Partner
