The symposium venue is the Buruma Hall of the Education building of the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). The conference dinner on Friday evening 6 February 2009 will be held on one of Leiden's most historic and atmospheric locations.

The Leiden University Medical Center is located next to Leiden's railway station. When arriving at Schiphol Airport the most convenient way of getting to Leiden is by train, arriving at Leiden’s central railway station

- The dinner venue is the Museum of Antiquities, Rapenburg 28, Leiden. Foregoing Thomson Reuters sponsors a wine tasting in the Lipsius-building of Leiden University. We will arrange transport to this venue. The Museum of Antiquities is within walking distance to the Lipsius-building.
